Our supportive and challenging workout sessions are led by an experienced and certified BAD ASH Upland Women’s Boot Camp Fitness personal trainer to help maximize fat burning in minimal time, and because our Women’s Boot Camp Fitness classes are done in a buddy setting it keeps the cost of the program affordable.

As part of the BAD ASH Upland community of fitness advocates you would have access to NUTRITION CONSULTATIONS. In very simple terms we sit down with you and do an analysis of your eating habits on a day to day basis. We’re just simply curious about your food preferences and how we could use those preferences to maximize your fitness efforts and weight loss goals.
Once we’ve finished your nutritional assessment we then take you through our Menu Planning Process. Through a Dietary Analysis of your caloric intake, fat, protein, etc. we compare your daily menu with some of our menu suggestions to improve your daily dietary habits and to maximize your daily fitness routines. So, not only are you working with a personal trainer, but you’ve also got a nutritionist and personal shopper working for you as well.
And WHEN, not IF, you get a little bolder about your fitness and nutritional goals we’re sure you’ll be interested in our 30-day detox and meal plan for ultimate fitness and nutritional achievement.
